　　一、石材表面處理,石材表面應(yīng)干燥,含水不大于百分之八。

1、 The surface treatment of stone should be dry, with a moisture content not exceeding 8%.

　　二、石材安裝前先對石材進(jìn)行挑選、使用一個(gè)門套石材色澤、花紋一致、挑出色差。

2、 Before installing the stone, select the stone and use a door frame to ensure that the color and pattern of the stone are consistent, and identify any color differences.

　　三、對安裝石材的結(jié)構(gòu)表面清理,放水平線、垂直線。

3、 Clean the surface of the structure for installing stone, and lay out horizontal and vertical lines.

　　四、用臺(tái)鉆打眼、每塊板上、下面打眼,孔位打在板中間。

4、 Drill holes with a table drill, both above and below each board, with the holes located in the middle of the board.

　　五、用膨脹螺栓把角架固定,再把掛件固定在角架上。

5、 Fix the angle bracket with expansion bolts, and then fix the hanging parts onto the angle bracket.

　　六、石材開槽,用大理石膠把石材固定在掛件上。

6、 Cut grooves in the stone and fix it onto the pendant with marble glue.

　　七、立面垂直,光面平整,接縫平直,接縫寬度。

7、 Vertical facade, smooth surface, straight seams, and wide seams.

　　八、全部安裝完后,要對表面石材一次性清理。

8、 After all installations are completed, the surface stone should be cleaned in one go.
