仿大理石電梯門(mén)套安裝施工流程

1、線(xiàn)條選材：挑選設(shè)計(jì)好規(guī)格和花色的線(xiàn)條，一般常用的有仿大理石石塑線(xiàn)條和高分子PVC線(xiàn)條，這兩種在硬度和抗性上會(huì)有所區(qū)別，可以自由挑選。
1. Line material selection: select lines with well-designed specifications and colors. Generally, there are imitation marble plastic lines and polymer PVC lines, which are different in hardness and resistance and can be selected freely.
2、電梯門(mén)套側(cè)板的挑選：選擇完線(xiàn)條之后在選擇與門(mén)套線(xiàn)條配套的調(diào)節(jié)板來(lái)搭配使用，花紋可以和線(xiàn)條的相同，也可以自由搭配。
2. Selection of elevator door jamb side panel: after selecting the line, select the adjustment panel matching the door jamb line to use together. The pattern can be the same as the line or can be freely matched.
3、切割：一般買(mǎi)來(lái)的線(xiàn)條和調(diào)節(jié)板都是廠(chǎng)家生產(chǎn)的主流尺寸，根據(jù)自己的實(shí)地尺寸先進(jìn)行切割、剪裁
3. Cutting: generally, the lines and adjustment plates purchased are the mainstream sizes produced by the manufacturer, and they shall be cut and cut according to their own field sizes
4、墻面預(yù)處理：將墻面進(jìn)行清潔處理，清理干凈情面的毛刺、浮沉，有坑洼的地方要使用發(fā)泡膠填平

5、結(jié)構(gòu)膠點(diǎn)沾：在切割好的線(xiàn)條和調(diào)節(jié)板的背面使用結(jié)構(gòu)膠均勻點(diǎn)沾，為保證牢固度可以多點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)膠。
5. Spotting of structural adhesive: Apply structural adhesive evenly on the cut lines and the back of the adjustment plate. In order to ensure the firmness, multiple spots of structural adhesive can be used.
6、安裝：按照設(shè)計(jì)好的位置，將涂好結(jié)構(gòu)膠的電梯門(mén)套線(xiàn)按壓在上面，拼接好形狀，保證受力均勻。
6. Installation: according to the designed position, press the elevator door pocket line coated with structural glue on it, and splice the shape to ensure uniform stress.
7、清潔：安裝仿大理石電梯門(mén)套完成之后，用中性清潔劑來(lái)清潔整個(gè)電梯門(mén)套。
