1. Check the specification, opening direction and relevant accessories of the door according to the design drawings.

2、用卷尺測量門洞的高度和寬度。門的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高寬為200cm×80cm；如有不符，請(qǐng)及時(shí)更正。

2. Measure the height and width of the door opening with a tape measure. The standard height and width of the door is 200cm × 80cm； If there is any discrepancy, please correct it in time.

3、測量位置線，確定門框位置，用墨斗彈拉出豎線，門孔一側(cè)的兩條豎線。

4. 用沖擊鉆在垂直線上鉆孔?？着c孔之間的距離約為30cm，門的一側(cè)有兩排10個(gè)孔。沖擊鉆的鉆頭應(yīng)為12mm，鉆孔深度應(yīng)為6cm左右。

5. 用錘子將小木楔一個(gè)一個(gè)地釘入孔中以固定門框面板。小木楔的尺寸為5cm×1.5cm×1.5cm。是用落葉松做的，因?yàn)槁淙~松的木結(jié)構(gòu)很嚴(yán)實(shí)，不容易松動(dòng)。

5. Hammer the small wooden wedges into the holes one by one to fix the door frame panel. The size of the small wooden wedge is 5cm × 1.5cm × 1.5cm。 It is made of larch, because the wood structure of larch is very tight and not easy to loosen.

6、開料制作門框。門框龍骨左右兩側(cè)木板尺寸為200cm×3cm×8cm，門框頂部龍骨木板尺寸為80cm×3cm×8cm。將高密度九公分板粘在龍骨上，然后用汽釘固定。

7、將三個(gè)完成的門框按照門的形狀連接起來，用大釘子固定在接縫處。

8、用刨子將被連接的門框表面平整，修整棱角，使棱角分明。

9、將門框放在門洞上，根據(jù)墻壁的水平線，用木頭或磚塊墊在門框上，并調(diào)整好門框的高度。下面預(yù)留5cm埋入地板龍骨中。

10.在門框頂部釘一個(gè)釘子，將線垂下，通過線調(diào)整門框的垂直度，邊測量邊用扭釘將門框固定在門孔上。

10. Nail a nail on the top of the door frame, hang the line, adjust the verticality of the door frame through the line, and fix the door frame on the door hole with twist nails while measuring.

11.制作門面的線條。門面可以購買現(xiàn)成的，也可以由施工人員根據(jù)圖紙制作。制作完成后，將門面固定在門框上，這樣門套就基本完成了。

11. Make the lines of the facade. The facade can be purchased off the shelf or made by the construction personnel according to the drawings. After fabrication, fix the facade on the door frame, so that the door pocket is basically completed.

12、放門對(duì)門在套筒上畫好圖，確定鉸鏈在門套上的具體位置，然后根據(jù)鉸鏈的厚度切割出水口直徑。還要切出鎖套的口徑。將門安裝在門蓋上，用螺絲刀擰緊鉸鏈上的螺絲。注意門與門蓋之間的間隙不應(yīng)大于1.5mm，以門開閉順暢為準(zhǔn)。

12. Place the door to the door, draw a picture on the sleeve, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door sleeve, and then cut the diameter of the water outlet according to the thickness of the hinge. Also cut out the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door on the door cover and tighten the screws on the hinge with a screwdriver. Note that the gap between the door and the door cover shall not be greater than 1.5mm, subject to the smooth opening and closing of the door.
